4. Coaching & Consultation Sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. Sessions are confidential educational consultations, not therapy or clinical treatment. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to charges per our fee schedule.

5. Payment & Billing

Payment for programmes is processed through secure, third-party payment providers. You authorise charges to your payment method. Receipts will be provided via email. Payment disputes should be reported to our team within 30 days of the charge.

  • Loss of profits, data, or revenue
